Homerent International was founded in 2020 in Georgia in partnership with German Homerent Agency founded in 2012 by our owner and managing director Andreas Nöthen.

Our team puts your accommodation in the perfect light with optimized advertisements and photos and ensures the marketing of your property.

Our multi-channel manager coordinates bookings and guest conversations, as well as updating your booking calendar at the same time. As a landlord, you will have your own access with an overview of your bookings, statistics, invoices and tenant data.
