Welcome to our two cozy apartments in one house, ideal for up to 11 people.
Our apartments offer the ideal retreat after a long day at work or an excursion and are specially tailored to the needs of larger groups and construction workers.

Amenities in each apartment

Three spacious rooms – each room is practically furnished and offers plenty of space to relax. Each room is equipped with a TV. There are two double rooms (with single beds) and one room with a single bed and an extra bed (upstairs). The upstairs apartment can comfortably accommodate 6 people, and the ground floor apartment can accommodate 5 people.

• Bedroom 1: 2 single beds, bed linen, clothes rack
• Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, bed linen, clothes rack
• Bedroom 3: 1 single bed, a sofa bed, bed linen, and clothes rack
• Living-dining kitchen: With refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove, and all necessary kitchen appliances, dining table with 6 chairs.
• Bathroom with shower/bathtub: Bathroom with toilet (ground floor) and shower/bathtub (currently on the 1st floor)

Note: The ground floor apartment currently has to share the shower/bathtub on the upper floor because the ground floor bathroom is being renovated; the ground floor toilet is available.

Parking: Two free parking spaces are available in the courtyard, subject to availability. Suitable for cars and small Sprinter vans/vans only. Larger vehicles must park on the street. Keep the fire department access clear!
