Great sized flat. Fantastic location, although Friday and Saturday nights are loud from the night clubs in the street, for those sleeping in the living room. The flat was pristine and clean - we loved the quirky fridge! - a great price, and Firaz's communication was super speedy. The 2 balconies were great, as was the amount of chairs, and very comfy sofa. It wasn't clear which of the 2 flats on the 7th floor it was, but thankfully we it was the first one we tried!

Excellent location, a spacious flat with a nice balcony!

Hinweis: It was a bit complicated to get the key. It would have been nice to have some basic essentials like salt, pepper, oil, and more than just one roll of toilet paper.

La ubicación, cogías en metro en Friessen Platz a 5 minutos del apartamento y en 2 paradas estabas viendo la catedral y el centro de Colonia. Apartamento muy amplio, buena insonorización, aunque está al lado de una avenida no sé oye el ruido

Hinweis: Las televisiones, tanto la del salón como la del dormitorio, no funcionaban, no sé podían ver, pero también es verdad que no llámanos a nadie para que nos explicase como conectarlas

Hinweis: Lack of loiletries TV did not go on reported it and the guy on the desk said someone would come up but nobody ever did controls were covered in some sticky stuff needs a bit of tender love and care but overall value was good

Buena relación calidad precio.

Es amplio y luminoso. Terraza grande. Tiene 4 camas cómodas y el salón es independiente. Bien equipado. Cerca tiene supermercado y restaurantes. El chico que nos dio las llaves en el hotel muy amable.

Hinweis: El water estaba sucio y solo tenía una luz. La luz del dormitorio no funcionaba. No conseguimos hacer funcionar el televisor

Logement nécessitant quelques travaux d’entretien, ampoules manquantes ou défectueuses, meubles cuisine en mauvais état, frigo très bruyant, deux télévisions impossibles à faire fonctionner. Emplacement correct à 20 minutes à pied du centre-ville.

Wonderful place in the city center! You can enjoy amazing views and ringing bells of Cologne cathedral and other churches. Everything can be reached by foot.

Hinweis: Weak communication from hosts. We had problems with heating system and clogged sink, tried to contact the hosts, but had no answer.

Long weekend stay.

The apartment is in a prime location on the top floor (7th) of the building, just a minute away from clubs, bars, restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets. It offers stunning views and a spacious living room featuring a large corner sofa a big TV and access to a veranda. There are also two single beds in this area. The bedroom includes a queen-size bed, ample closet space, a large TV, and a second generously sized veranda. The bathroom is spacious as well. Lastly, the kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, and an iron.

Hinweis: We were provided with only one key, which wasn’t ideal for a group of friends wanting to come and go independently. There was also an issue with the shower head—it was slightly broken, making it a bit inconvenient to use. Additionally, the apartment hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly before our arrival, which was a bit disappointing.
