Hinweis: Hallo, habe bis jetzt keine Rechnung erhalten.

Very good location and quite neighbourhood. A lot of shops and restaurants around. The owner seemed like a kind person and let us checked out a bit later then we should.

Hinweis: No bed tables, no wardrobe, no drawers - there is literally zero space to unpack your clothes. The only option is to use one of the 7 (seven) cloth hangers. We were staying there for 6 nights, two people, so you can imagine. Also, no cloth hangers at all in the hallway or bathroom to hang your coat. About cleaning - not good at all, it was briefly cleaned on the surface (floor and bathroom appliances were good) but the rest like under the bed, all shelfs in the bedroom, kitchen and living room were full of dust and haven't been cleaned properly in weeks. Also, there were hair all over the place (on the bathroom heater, on the sofa, dish dryer, all the furniture). It could be a really good place to rent if the owner makes a few changes - first of all the persons that clean there need to do their job properly. With some extra cloth hangers and some furniture with drawers in the bedroom it can be a good place to stay longer than for one night.

Hinweis: It is far from the venue, UN campus, it takes time and money to reach there daily.

Noclegi w spokojnej i cichej lokalizacji. Gospodarz bardzo przyjazny i uczynny. Obiekt bardzo dobrze skomunikowany z centrum Kolonii oraz położony w samym centrum Troisdorf - wszelkie sklepy pod ręką, restauracje z wszystkich stron świata również. Dodatkowym atutem jest blisko położony posterunek policji 🙂.

Hinweis: Trochę przeszkadzał remont/budowa kamienicy po drugiej stronie ulicy - robotnicy wcześnie rano zaczynali pracę, nawet w sobotę. Odrębnym tematem jest punktualność niemieckiej kolei. 😡

The people must to know the city!

It was so nice bc we have privacy but the couch was so hard and 5 days later I still with pain in my back 😭 I will have to go to my doctor on Wednesday when I still with it. The silverware were just 3 and when we ate 1 time , we will have to wash it for the next meal, but the rest was wonderful!!!

Insgesamt für uns in Ordnung.

Zentral gelegen, WLAN und 2 Zimmer. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Hinweis: Es fehlen kleine Lampen im Schlafzimmer, auch Nachttische wären gut. Wohnung hätte sauberer sein können 😅.
