Description of the service

homerent.rentals is an online portal for searching, selecting, inquiring and booking furnished accommodation. Users can enter places and travel dates, compare suitable accommodations, call up detailed information and prices and, depending on the offer, book directly or send a personal booking request.

Legal context

We are working to meet the requirements of the Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) and the BFSG Ordinance applicable to this offer. In doing so, we are guided in particular by the principles of perceptibility, usability, comprehensibility and robustness.

Status of compatibility

This website is currently partially compliant with accessibility requirements. The portal is continuously being developed in terms of technology and design.

In particular, we pay attention to clear heading structures, keyboard usability, visible focus states, sufficient contrasts, understandable form labels, responsive presentation and textual alternatives for central control elements.

Remaining restrictions

• External card, appointment and communication services are partly beyond our direct technical influence.
• Native date and selection fields can be displayed differently depending on the browser and assistive technology.
• Older image content or image content imported from third-party systems may still have incomplete alternative texts in individual cases.

We check these points during operation and improve them step by step.
