Cashgrab mit wenig zu bieten außer Lage, falls man allerdings ein Bett braucht, gibt es dort eines.
Die Lage ist gut, fußläufig nah zum Kongresszentrum Gürzenich und zu einigen Museen. Es gibt eine Tram direkt in der Nähe, außerdem Restaurants und Cafes. Handtücher werden gestellt, was ne nette Geste ist (waren bei mir aber schmutzig, deshalb habe ich sie nicht genutzt). Das Bett ist in Ordnung und das Zimmer war trotz 30°+ draußen schön kühl. Check-Out ist unkompliziert, einfach die Schlüsselkarte abgeben.
Nota: Ich wusste ja von den anderen Rezensionen, was das wird, und will mich nicht zu sehr beschweren. Ich hab das Wochenende in Köln verbracht und bin mit diesem Hotel immer noch günstiger weggekommen als mit allen anderen Hotels oder wiederholter An- und Abreise per DB, obwohl fast 80 Euro pro Übernachtung in diesem Zimmer einfach frech ist. Es ist exakt wie schon von anderen beschrieben, eben alt, allgemein bisschen runtergekommen (Dusche verrostet, Heizkörper rostig, Toilettensitz locker, Flur riecht komisch usw) und so semi-sauber. Das Check-In kann eine Weile dauern, weil der Mitarbeiter in der Unterkunft anscheinend alles allein machen muss, incl. Putzen, und u.U. länger nicht am Schalter ist.
Bequeme Unterkunft in zentraler Lage zu gutem Preis.
Alles sehr sauber. Das Klo im Zimmer ist kurios, aber es gibt Klos auf dem Flur, man muss es also nicht benutzen wenn man das komisch findet. Checkin per Telefon war schnell und freundlich.
Nota: Haus ist etwas hellhörig.
Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans ce logement et avons été tout à fait satisfaites. La chambre était propre, ainsi que les toilettes communes. Le logement est idéalement situé entre la vieille ville et le quartier belge. Je recommande vivement !
A Good place to Stay, but if ur looking for private bathroom then it wont work!
Great stay for the price, only downsides are that the bathroom doesnt include a toilet and that there is no separation between bathroom and room. Amazing location and kind host.
Communication with host was good, room very clean.
We went just to spend the weekend and it was great for that. The toilet is not in the room, you only have the shower, but I have to say that for the time you spend in the hotel... worth the price. The only issue we had is that they don't speak English and only answer via email or phone (not Airbnb). We didn't realise of this until the check-in day and made things a bit more complicated. It took us by surprise BUT all in all, we managed and I would definitely repeat!
Wir waren zufrieden . Lage direkt in der Nähe des Barbarossaplatzes und zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Umgebung . Preis Leistung top.
Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen und sieht aus wie auf den Fotos. In der Nähe sind coole Bars und ein Edeka. Die Innenstadt kann gut zu Fuß erreicht werden und ich bin mit der Unterkunft zufrieden! War alles top und empfehlenswert für einen Köln Trip!!

für Kurzaufenthalte bis zu 3 Tagen eine gute Option - sehr zentral und auch ruhig Preis-/Leistung auch während Messezeiten absolut i.O.

Huoneessa ei ollut omaa vessaa. Kahden kerroksen yhteinen vessa oli kerrosten välissä ja miesten vessaa käytettiin tupakointi tilana.
