The landlord did not leave the key in the lockbox, so we were unable to check in on arrival. After quite a bit of back and forth, we eventually managed to reach them and obtain a spare key before moving in. The bed had a strong unpleasant odor, and the house itself had a heavy musty smell. In addition, the landlord occasionally came by to inspect the property, which was quite disruptive. They also entered the home without prior notice when no one was present. Furthermore, they carried out very strict inspections well before the check-out date, while we were still cleaning and preparing the property, which felt unreasonable.

Regarding check-in, the key was available as arranged. When there was confusion, we responded promptly and provided an alternative solution so that check-in could be completed as quickly as possible.
Concerning cleanliness, we take this matter very seriously. The apartment is professionally cleaned after every stay, fresh bed linen is provided for every guest, and our cleaning process is documented with photos and videos to ensure our standards are consistently maintained. We therefore cannot confirm the statements regarding odors or the condition of the bedding.
During your stay, the local electricity provider carried out essential work to install new power cables and connections. To ensure that all electrical appliances continued to function correctly and that no safety risks arose, it was necessary to carry out brief inspections during and after the work had been completed. These visits were announced in advance and were solely for technical and safety reasons. It is possible that these necessary checks were misunderstood as property inspections.

Çok ciddi sıcak su sorunu var. Soğuk su ile yıkanmak zorunda kaldık. Şikayetimizi dile getirdiğimiz halde sorunumuz çözülmedi. Çözüm için herkes bir anda yıkanmasın gibi komik bir çözüm sunuldu. En üst katta oda diye sunulan yerde doğalgaz kazanı var ve burası fotolarda hiç gösterilmemiş. Çok konforsuz bir oda. Bazı pencerelerdeki panjurlar arızalı ve kapanmıyor. Sokaktan geçen arabaların farlarından uyumakta zorlanıyorsunuz. Yataklar çok rahatsız. Üst kat banyodaki küvette yıkanmak çok zor. Duş duvarın dibinde ve yıkanırken her yer ıslanıyor.
Hinweis: The furniture and utensils were the cheapest possible and were falling apart. Overall, the house was furnished extremely cheaply.
