Apartment was nice & spacious & comfy, lovely wraparound terrace. Lift didn’t work!! Clubs nearby!

The apartment was nice & spacious. Beds comfortable. Nice wrap around balcony. Very central, shops lots of restaurants nearby.

Napomena: After 1st day the lift didn’t work & we were on the 7th floor! With 2 very young children (2& 4) to be carried plus buggy & shopping it was extremely hard. (neighbours said it constantly breaks down) no response from owner. Also very loud at night as clubs nearby so avoid the weekends.. would suit younger groups. I asked where to out rubbish & key & no response either. So they should have an information leaflet. Otherwise we had a lovely stay.

Alles perfekt- würde das auf jeden Fall nochmal mieten.

Es war sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr modern. Im Apartment war auch alles vorhanden. Alle Fragen wurden auch sehr schnell beantwortet. Kommunikation war perfekt mit dem Homerent Team. Ich möchte mich noch mal bedanken.

Super Lage, die Wohnungsgrösse ist sehr komfortabel

Napomena: Ein Fenster im Wohnzimmer ist nicht dicht, im Winter daher schlecht zu beheizen. Internet ist nicht stabil. Wasseranschluss am Waschbecken in der Toilette funktioniert nicht.

Great space, poor comms and a few snags that need sorting

The location of this apartment is great. It's in easy walking distance of all the cultural sights and the shops. On Friday and Saturday nights it was very noisy in the streets below the venue. The apartment itself is fabulous. It was much bigger than expected. It's layout is bizarre as it's circular. You arrive in the entrance hall (where this is also a small toilet room) and if you walk left/clockwise you go into a massively spacious living room with a gorgeous big sofa and enormous TV. Continuing around, you get to bedroom 1, then out the other side to bedroom 2. Walk through that room into bedroom 3. That bedroom connects to the bathroom and the bathroom connects to the kitchen/dining room which links back to the entrance hall. We found this layout useful as our granddaughter slept in Bedroom 2 and had her parents and grandparents in bedrooms on either side. If you were a large group of friends the middle bedroom may be awkward as you need to walk through on of the other bedrooms to get to any other part of the apartment. The apartment was great for us as my granddaughter loved running round the circuit of all the rooms. There were a few things that could have been better.

Napomena: Communication with the property could have been better. We asked several times if a travel cot could be made available. Communications appeared to go through a third party who then passed the questions to the host. After several times of asking about a cot the third party simply said no. The apartment is so big and has so much storage space it would seem very simple for the host to provide a travel cot. The instruction were that we should collect the keys fom a nearby address. The address lead us to the back door of hotel. The door was locked and the sign said to use the main hotel door on the street around the corner. Sadly it didn't say the name of the hotel and there were 2 on the street. Luckily we got the correct one. The address for the hotel wasn't very clear either. The street door had a number of names and bells but none that correlated with the info we were given. We were told the room was the Penthouse and we were given the Room Number 70.G. When we got to the 7th floor we we faced with 2 doors, 700 or 701. From the shape of the key and the door locks we could deduce that we were in room 700. On leaving, the instructions stated clearly that we had to empty all our bins but we weren't told where to take the rubbish. I found a locked door on the ground floor that lead to the bins behind a restaurant. I am not sure if this was the right place but I dumped all our waste in the bins I found there. Also, on leaving, the comms said that if there were no specific instructions you should leave the key on the table. We did this but the cleaner told me to take them to the hotel down the road. On the evening before we left the wifi was turned off. I tried contacting the host but to no avail. There were other problems: Smelly toilet, no water in toilet's hand basin, wobbly tap in kitchen, bath tap didn't work. Drafty window in living room.

Napomena: No double beds, couldn’t get the bath to work.

Napomena: Betten zu weich, Badewanne nicht nutzbar da Wasser kalt, Klobrille auf Gästeklo locker, mehrfach offenliegende Kabel

Die Vermieterin ist sehr Nett und erklärt alles, sofern gefragt wird. Die Aussicht war schön. Wohnung ist relativ schön eingerichtet und groß.

Napomena: Wasserkocher kaputt, läuft aus. Wasser im großen Schlafzimmer unter der Heizung. Boden sehr dreckig. Föhn ist kaputt. (Heizspiralen) In der Duschkabine ist die Gummidichtung (der Türen) undicht an den Ecken lief das Wasser raus. Die Fernbedienung des Receiver ist kaputt (Abdeckung der Batterie) Ein paar Lichter und Lichtschalter funktionierten nicht. Die Betten sind durch! Könnten mal neu!

Been to Cologne for years and this was the best place I have stayed in

The views were to die for and the living space was great

Napomena: Wi-fi wasn’t amazing but did not cause an issue. Please note that the third bedroom is in the middle of two bedrooms so you need to walk through someone else’s bedroom to get to a bathroom or living space.
