The K46 Apartment is located in a quiet, newly developed residential area in Cologne. This bright attic flat in a terraced house features high-quality furnishings and an efficient layout with a usable area of approximately 46 m².

The accommodation offers two sleeping areas:
- A separate bedroom with a double bed (140x200 cm).
- A combined living and sleeping room equipped with two single beds and a sofa bed (145x195 cm).
While there are five sleeping places in total, the maximum occupancy is limited to three guests.

A cozy and relaxed apartment near Cologne.
Very nice and cozy apartment. Super easy reachable, all necessities in close proximity to the apartment.
Note: If you plan to come by car, the parking situation close to the apartment is very difficult. Also one super small thing I was missing in the apartment was a sharp knife for cooking.

Een heel mooi appartement met de metro op loopafstand. De stad Köln is zeker de moeite waard om een keer te bezoeken.
Clean and comfortable apartment
不满意房东的沟通，复杂又无效。地理位置这么差，不知之前怎么有这么高的评价。
房间干净整洁，厨具齐全，方便自己做点吃的。
Note: 地理位置差，离地铁站竟然有1.9公里，离它最近的超市也近1公里。入住前就如何交接钥匙跟房东沟通很多次，房东都没能说明白，实在让人沮丧。

Note: Que la cocina no tenga extracción encima de la placa de inducción. Ser una cocina abierta con el salón y la habitación a la hora de usarla incómoda mucho.
