Clean & tidy flat close to public transport for Cologne break.
I had to chase for how to access teh accommodation as not provided even 2-4 hours before we arrived. The location of proprty/door bit difficult in teh dark/rain but found it. Video helpful. Kettle, very clean flat. Close to public transport and supermarkets.
Note: Limited kitchen equipment. Didnt expect all three beds to be in one room. Not very cosy.
Nice and clean apartment
The apartment itself was exactly as described and everything was in order. It was clean and conveniently located near a train station, which made getting around very easy. The stadium is also within walking distance. Overall, it was a perfectly fine stay.
Note: Just a couple of points to be aware of: - The surrounding area is extremely dirty. The streets were cleaned during the day, but just an hour later they would already be covered again with rubbish, beer cans, McDonald’s bags, etc. Of course, this is not the host’s fault, but rather due to the people who frequent the area. During the day, the main issue is simply the dirt, whether you are a man or a woman. However, I would not feel comfortable walking alone in the area at night, especially as a woman, as it can feel unsafe. This applies to the neighbourhood in general, not specifically to the area immediately outside the building. - The kitchen could be better equipped. It would be helpful to have a good basic set of kitchen utensils available; otherwise, if you plan to cook, you may need to bring quite a few things yourself.
