Why booking offered such properties
Note: No hot water for 2 days with the German weather -2 C° celsius at night and 2 C° at day time. We booked the apartement for 5 adults and got no fifth bed for the first day, no pillow, no bed sheets and no blanket. On the first day there were not enough cups and cutlery for all of my family members. Towels were of bad quality. TV (first day) and dishwasher (the whole stay) not working. Bathroom not clean at all. Pictures in booking.com didn't match with the reality. No easy contact and only over WhatsApp with the owner to solve the problems, I have to call third party to reach any solution of my enquiry which means I have to do international calls every time or use WhatsApp like this message: Guten Tag, vielen Dank für Ihre Nachricht.
