Appartement K17 à Cologne-Deutz à 3 km de Cologne Messe

Die Kommunikation war vollkommen unkompliziert, sogar ein früherer Check-in war möglich. Die Wohnung als solches war ordentlich, alles vorhanden was man braucht und der Domblick ein Traum. An einigen Stellen hätte es sauberer sein können, für unsere Zwecke war es okay und vor allem für den Preis: unschlagbar.

Our stay was perfect, and that's mostly because this place and its host were over the top. I cannot thank you enough for being fast as light to come and help after I finally left and slammed the door with the keys inside but also my back pack! Incredible service, accommodating host timing-wise, peaceful location, public transport available just a few steps away, and overall Cologne is one of the nicest cities to stay for a few days or much longer. I will remember this weekend for all my life. Thanks again, can't wait to come back next year. 💖💖💖💖💖

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento durante il nostro viaggio a Colonia e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. L’appartamento è spazioso, confortevole e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole. Per noi, che viaggiavamo anche con una bambina piccola, è stato particolarmente comodo avere a disposizione ambienti ampi e funzionali. La posizione si è rivelata molto pratica: i collegamenti con i mezzi pubblici permettono di raggiungere facilmente sia il centro di Colonia sia la Lanxess Arena, aspetto per noi molto importante visto che partecipavamo a un evento proprio lì. Supermercato di fianco aperto dalle 7 alle 22. utilissimo! Abbiamo apprezzato anche la tranquillità della zona, soprattutto al rientro dopo giornate molto intense. Nel complesso davvero un’ottima soluzione per soggiornare a Colonia, sia per famiglie sia per chi deve raggiungere la Lanxess Arena o visitare la città. Grazie per l’ospitalità a Eugenio che è stato un Host eccezionale! 😊

Wir waren zu dritt für eine Geschäftsreise und vollkommen zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Funktionale Küche, Bad und Toilette getrennt und jeder hatte sein eigenes Zimmer. Der Ausblick und Balkon waren ein absoluter Hingucker! Die Lage war für unsere Zwecke absolut perfekt.

Appartamento pulito e comodissimo, vicino a metro, bus e Lidl. Perfetto per chi deve andare in fiera! Eugenio gentile e veloce nella risposta. Ottima esperienza!

Alles hat wunderbar geklappt und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Unterkunft war für uns sehr gut geeignet.

Das äußere Bild der Unterkunft schreckt im ersten Moment ab. Die Wohnung ist hell und im obersten Stock. Sie hat viele Zimmer, Küche, Bad, separate Toilette und Balkon. Alles was man braucht. Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte hier und da eine Neuerung vertragen. Es könnte alles ein wenig liebevoller gestaltet sein. Die Reinigung ist oberflächlich. Zwar ist die Wohnung auf den ersten Blick sauber, aber es fehlen Feinheiten in den Ecken, der Heizkörper, frische Luft. Insgesamt ist es okay und für einen Städtetrip auf Grund der hervorragenden Anbindung gut geeignet.
