K85 Diamonds Loft Hotel Cologne Chambre simple #104 1er étage

It has a great location, near to the tram station. There are supermarket and restaurant near the hotel. It is very convenient to have a stay. The place is also pretty clean. However, the host is not encouraging to use the chat in airbnb. It is hard to get in touch with they. But, they still respond the massage from the app. Also, the bathroom doesn’t include the toilet. It is different to my expectation. The bathroom is also not good to use.

Good location good place

Für 40€ die Nacht kann man wahrscheinlich keine allzu hohen Ansprüche haben, das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und riecht nach kaltem Rauch. Wasserdruck in der Dusche unterirdisch, keine Toilette im Zimmer, aber war ja auch so angegeben, daher kein negativer Einfluss auf die Bewertung, optimal ist aber auch anders. Wer eine günstige Unterkunft in Citylage sucht wird hier fündig, muss allerdings Abstriche in der Qualität machen.

Very excellent place in the heart of Cologne

Uzivao sam boravku. Hotel preporucujem u svakom pogledu. Ljubazan i nasmijan domacin hotela. Nadam se da cu opet doci.

Ein Zimmer, das für einen Städtetrip, in dem man nur fürs Schlafen da ist ausreicht.

Sehr zentral gelegen und alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Leider ist die Toilette im Flur und die Dusche gibt nur Tropfenweise Wasser. Ebenso war im Flur stehts ein Rauchergeruch zu vernehmen. Aber für drei Tage ist es relativ günstig für die Lage.

Man bekommt was man erwartet! Die Dusche war leider eine Katastrophe aber die Mitarbeiterin war super nett!!!

Le séjour s’est très bien déroulé. L’appartement est situé à côté du métro et du tram donc très facile d’accès. Les rideaux sont opaque donc pratique pour ceux qui veulent se coucher tôt. Attention, les couloirs peuvent être bruyant la nuit suivant les voisins donc bien penser à prendre des bouchons d’oreilles ! L’espace commun est bien respecté et propre.

Nice place in nice location in Cologne. Highly recommend it.

Place is like the photo’s, it was clean, everything one needs is there, shower in the room, the toilets shared and on the corridor. The place is a hotel, but only in the morning you’ll find someone at the reception. I found the bureaucratic side before arrival a bit confusing. I booked the room via Airbnb but had to fill out some forms before arrival -based on the purpose of my travel, work/travel- it was unclear why and which ones where really necessary to fill out. There were also various e-mail addresses to reach out to schedule arrival and departure but in the end everything was communicated over what s app. So overall the stay was fine, the room clean and practical, the communication could be a bit better (less convoluted).

J'ai pris ce logement en dernière minute pour le Summerjam. Rien à redire, propre et proche du centre, efficacité quand aux instructions à suivre et prix correct.

I asked if I bring my luggage a bit earlier and leave it to the hotel, they didn't really respond, just an automatic msg showing the check-in hours. It's ok, they don't need to let me do this, but at least, they could write a proper msg. In addition, there was no soap at all for 2 days, not in the rooms or in the shared toilets. This was really irresponsible.

Room was clean. On the day of the booking, I received a code to get in and another code to get my key. Would have been nice to have an idea about the process of getting into the hotel and room before, as I could not reach anyone by phone or email. Shower was cold the first evening and the water doesn't have a lot of pressure, it rather trickles. Restroom is shared on hallway but was clean. Nice area. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. Tram goes by out on the street.

Das Zimmer (und das gesamte Hotel) ist einfach und sauber. Leider war die Dusche in meinem Zimmer kaum zu gebrauchen, der Wasserdruck war sehr niedrig. Die Türen zum Gang sind dünn, jede Bewegung und jedes Gespräch ist zu hören.
